There are no returns on any patterns or books due to copyright law. If a pattern is included in a kit then that kit is Non-Refundable once received. We do authorize kit returns on a one-by-one basis. Send us a message and we will be back in touch. Return code is mandatory to put with any return package. Any package returned without this is re-shipped to customer as customer's property.
